Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst will join a dynamic team focusing on Oracle Cloud Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a global instance of ePCBS, collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for development on the Oracle EDM platform and other related platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical documentation.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for new builds, fixes, and enhancements. Conduct research, coordinate with the technical team, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Transform BRDs into user stories on JIRA boards for organized task management within an agile environment.
• Oversee JIRA board, vigilantly tracking progress in the agile development framework.
• Lead scrum calls, fostering effective communication between technical and functional teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) for development and fixes.
• Manage client-facing projects, including new reports, templates, and interfaces.
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions, facilitating smooth user onboarding.
• Provide comprehensive user support across all levels.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a cloud-based environment and Oracle EDM.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to decipher complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and lead discussions.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles and project leadership is a plus.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
