A Global IT Solutions Services company is looking for a

Japanese English Bilingual Sr. Network Engineer near Plano, TX

. You will be responsible for playing a vital role to develop and manage various projects to achieve business goals. This position requires to have hands-on experience in the following fields; implementation, architecture designs, enterprise networks, etc.

Sr. Network Engineer Responsibilities:

Develop IT project plan, including implementation, maintenance, and deployment of systems and technology solutions. Oversee budget management for IT-related initiatives, including financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis to support long-term technology strategies. Oversee documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance system usability and organizational readiness. Design and deploy networks such as LAN, WAN, Wireless, Server, etc. Configure software, routers, and other network devices Oversea network performance by suggesting necessary changes Responsible for developing working relationships with users Identify requirements by communicating and working closely with project teams Assist business financial objectives by reviewing and making suggestions on financial budgeting Monitor team members work performance and schedules Other duties are assigned as needed

Sr. Network Engineer Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in large-scale enterprise networking environments Familiarity with TCP/IP routing Understanding of dynamic routings, network security, cloud/virtual networking Strong skills in implementing and developing business strategies Bachelor's degree or above Japanese language skill is a big plus Other preferred skills: CCNP, PMP Able to work independently as well as collaboratively Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Analytical, Strategic, Punctual, and Goal Oriented Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
