Overview:
Location: On-site, Coraopolis, PA
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience with SolidWorks, PDM, and Simulation, as well as the ability to create robust CAD models. Responsibilities:

• Support the hardware engineering team by designing, analysing, testing, and providing support of industrial automation systems
• Perform R&D to support new product initiatives
• Complete engineering calculations and maintain development documentation
• Apply DFM principles, generate fabrication drawings, and coordinate with vendors
• Develop build and assembly documentation
• Provide technical oversight of a small team of engineers
• Estimate project effort, cost, and timelines

Qualifications:
Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Robotics Engineering

Experience Required

• Experience leading engineering teams
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, PDM, and Simulation
• Ability to create robust CAD models
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Some travel to client sites required - Up to 20%
