Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes in the Engineering & Manufacturing department. This role requires expertise in precision machining and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in a business services environment.

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machinery.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and costs.
  • Provide technical support and training to machine operators as needed.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve any machining or programming issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and machine programs.

  • Base salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience
