You'll serve as a technical expert in advanced machining processes, supporting the full product lifecycle from new product introduction to legacy part requalification while preserving critical manufacturing knowledge.
Requirements: ?
? 5-10+ years in manufacturing engineering (aerospace/defense preferred)
? MUST HAVE EDM Programming and/or Grinding experience
? Multi-axis CNC milling expertise
? CAD/CAM platform experience (Mastercam, SolidWorks)
? Ability to interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
? Experience in customer-facing engineering roles
? Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems
? Knowledge of process validation and FAI documentation
