The VAS Global Sales Training Team empowers Visa's global sales organization through impactful training and enablement initiatives. This role focuses on designing, managing, and optimizing training programs that equip specialist sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and methodologies to sell Visa's Value-Added Services effectively.
You will lead content development, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality learning solutions.

The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of training programs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
You will lead content development, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions to ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality learning solutions.
As a member of the Global Sales Enablement team, this role is responsible for driving VAS product and solution training design focused on providing our direct specialist sales teams with the content, training, sales methodology, and tools needed to help them sell more effectively. This position will support the internal sales enablement function with content creation and training program management.
The ideal candidate has experience in shaping content, excelling at PowerPoint, is skillful at virtual and live presentations. This work involves partnership with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts including Marketing, Sales, Sales Strategy, Product Development, Product Management, Client Support Services, Visa University, and other teams within the identified partnership.
