Purpose of Role
The Senior Manager, Construction & Facilities is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects and facilities management initiatives across Under Armour's North America retail
environments. This role oversees multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion; ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and are aligned with Under Armour's brand and quality standards. The Sr. Manager works closely with internal cross functional teams (Real Estate, Store Design and Development, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Sales, etc.) and external stakeholders like Architects, 3rd Party Construction Managers and UA vendors.
