What you'll do... As the Senior Program Manager of Global Procurement Learning & Development, you'll lead the design and execution of a world-class learning strategy for procurement associates worldwide. In this role, you'll directly impact our ability to deliver best-in-class procurement practices and support Walmart's strategic goals. What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Global Procurement L&D program
• Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted training content and digital learning experiences
• Partner with internal and external experts to curate best-in-class resources
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Champion change management and user engagement for new tools and processes

What you'll bring:

• Experience in program management, ideally in procurement, governance, compliance, or L&D
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management
• Proven success designing and delivering global learning programs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management and learning management systems

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
