Job Overview:
As the new KDP Sr Manager of Omnichannel Marketing for Small Format, you will be responsible for leading the Omnichannel & eCommerce discipline for KDP's brands within the group of retailers that sit within KDP's Small Format division. This includes the value and convenience retail channels. And as part of the KDP Connected Media organization, you will help strategically plan and activate the retail portion of our Integrated Brand Campaigns, making sure that we deliver against the campaign objectives and KPIs for the Small Format channels.
The ideal candidate is data-oriented, analytically driven, and excels in strategic storytelling with a growth mindset. Someone who is ready and willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems, celebrate success, and share learnings with cross-functional partners along the journey.
You will achieve your objectives by deeply understanding key performance metrics and strategic thinking to create joint business plans that influence key stakeholders and drive conversion to KDP products online, in-app, and in-store.
