What you\'ll do...

The Senior Manager I, Operations - Digital & Special Project Deployment is a critical role that leverages your ability lead and influence others and employ your creative problem-solving talents to anticipate and work on the biggest opportunities in Walmart\'s Digital Business, across all formats, with regards to digital deployment and special project management. Your goal is to ensure all projects being considered for the digital business will result in an improved experience for the customer and the associate. You will support the execution of projects, work streams, and programs by working with cross-functional partners and ensure successful rollouts and implementations.

You\'ll sweep us off our feet if:

• You are someone who\'s knowledge of the store and digital business will help to lead teams and influence decision making through cross-functional partners on strategic high visibility projects.
• You\'re a strategic thinker, can look at the long term and are comfortable making tough decisions to support the business.
• You showcase an ability to work through multiple complex and sometimes conflicting initiatives simultaneously.
• You can collaborate across workstreams to ensure the end result supports the broader vision when brought into the Digital ecosystem
• You have strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights related to projects and deployment and can use this to align business and technical needs.
• You\'re comfortable influencing others, leading team discussion, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership and communicating clear.
• You\'re stimulated by challenges and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
• You promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others; ensuring compliance; and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years\' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years\' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 year\'s supervisory experience.
