Position Summary... This Sr. Manager role will act as the CFO for the Private Brands and Sourcing group, with direct partnership supporting the leadership team of the organization. This role will also act as an advisor to help connect the dots and identify synergies across the many functional teams. The team balances a great mix of analytical and technical projects as well as strategic white space endeavors. We emphasize a forward-looking approach to understand emerging trends within our businesses and build actionable plans with our business partners to ensure the future success of our business.
What you'll do... About the Finance Team
Our Finance team partners across the business to deliver actionable insights, ensure financial integrity, and support strategic growth. We foster a collaborative environment where innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement are valued. As a Senior Manager, you'll help us achieve our goals by leading complex financial initiatives and supporting company-wide priorities. What you'll do:

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling to inform business decisions
• Manage and enhance financial controls, ensuring transparency and risk mitigation
• Communicate financial results and insights to senior leadership
• Develop and present business cases and forecasts for executive review
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of belonging

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
