The Senior Manager, Analytics - Category Development plays a critical role in advancing Newell's Category Leadership capability across all segments and customers. Reporting to the Senior Director, Category Development, this role supports the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of analytics tools, processes, and insights that enable Newell's Category 1st Selling Approach. Success requires not only analytical expertise but also the ability to drive capability development, influence cross-functional partners, and enable customer-facing excellence in line reviews, joint business planning, and innovation sell-in.
