Position Summary...
What you'll do... Walmart Connect's Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive account strategy, execution, and revenue growth for a key advertiser in the CPG space. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing a high-performing team of salespeople, account managers, and campaign managers to scale client partnerships. What You'll Do

• Own Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies that deliver significant business growth for clients and Walmart.
• Lead & Inspire Teams: Build, train, and manage a talented, consultative sales and services team.
• Client Partnership: Understand clients' businesses deeply and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Deliver Excellence: Present Walmart Connect's solutions in a compelling, professional manner while ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Industry Leadership: Represent Walmart Connect as a thought leader in major markets (NYC, Chicago, San Francisco).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to drive revenue growth and resolve escalations.
• Strategic Projects: Execute initiatives involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.
• Product Influence: Collaborate with Product Marketing to shape offerings based on client needs.
• Brand Evangelism: Promote Walmart Connect at events, conferences, and media opportunities.
• Forecasting & Resource Allocation: Demonstrate strong ability to forecast and allocate resources efficiently.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
