What you'll do...
Walmart Connect's Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Team Lead.
This seasoned sales executive will own the account strategy, execution, and revenue growth for a key advertiser in the CPG space, while also leading and developing a team of salespeople, account managers, and campaign managers to scale their business.
The ideal candidate will be just as comfortable diving into campaign results with operational partners as they are presenting customer insights, trends, and strategic marketing plans to CMOs and Chief Sales Officers. They will be students of their clients' businesses, our Walmart ecosystem, and how we can better serve our customers. They will bring a solution-oriented mindset every day to build and grow world-class partnerships that deliver significant business growth for their clients and for Walmart. They understand how to go deep within a marketer's organization while also navigating Walmart's internal teams. The candidate will have managed and scaled businesses in the past and will have the capability to lead a small but high-performing team.
Ideal candidates will have consistent management experience as well as extensive experience selling or buying cross-network online marketing solutions such as programmatic, direct response, search, branding, integrated sponsorships, and display or video advertising. Additionally, the candidate will have experience working within a matrixed organization and leading, coaching, and influencing people. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, a collaborative and innovative spirit, and be extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
