As the Sr Industrial Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for crafting a dynamic strategy and vision for the team while leading our highly skilled team of engineers to deliver analytics solutions supporting areas across UnitedHealthcare and Optum. Your leadership will be key in fostering strong collaboration within a wide range of business stakeholders and matrix partners to deliver on identified strategic priorities.
