Leidos has an opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Manager (Sr. HRBM) to join our Health Group, Military and Veterans Health Solutions Operation. The Health line of business is comprised of over 10,000 employees and approximately $2.69B in revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a dynamic business in a fast-paced environment to help design and deliver HR strategies and solutions to drive organizational performance and growth. The Sr. HRBM will work with clients to fulfill the company\xe2\x80\x99s mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more efficient through technology, engineering, and science, supporting military service members, veterans, and their families.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for HR strategy and solutions for one or more divisions within the Military and Veterans Health Operation
• Partner with clients, HR functional Centers of Excellence, and other team members to develop and implement HR strategies, approaches and day-to-day actions in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, talent development, leadership development, workforce strategy, strategic talent acquisition, new business proposals, organizational change, organization design, compensation, diversity and inclusion, performance management, etc.
• Utilize data analytics to understand, measure and continuously improve organizational effectiveness

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 12-15+ years of prior relevant experience or master\xe2\x80\x99s with 10-13+ years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• Broad HR subject matter expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
• Strong business acumen and well-versed in data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, partner effectively, consult, coach and influence senior leaders
• Proven ability to think strategically, provide direction, manage multiple projects and execute in a dynamic environment
• Strong employee relations experience
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity in designing and delivering solutions
• Strong project management skills
• Experience supporting proposals, winning new business, and implementing new programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a Government contractor or other highly-regulated environment
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with an international workforce
• HR professional certification

Pay Range: Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
