Senior Full Stack Ruby On Rails Engineer

As part of our dynamic team, we\'re seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer who will play a pivotal role in shaping our Rails development efforts. As a Senior Full Stack Ruby On Rails Engineer, you will be at the forefront of shaping our groundbreaking application.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Implementing new features, seamlessly interacting with each layer of the MVC architecture as required.
• Developing API functionality to support our innovative React Native Applications.
• Skillfully integrating microservices into the Rails architecture.
• Actively participating in code reviews to establish and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborating proactively with the product team to refine and iterate on specifications as features evolve.

Our Technology Stack:

• Ruby on Rails 7
• PostgreSQL
• Heroku
• Sass & Tailwind CSS
• Hotwire (Turbo/Stimulus)
• PubNub
• RSpec

What We\'re Seeking:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Ruby On Rails required
• Proficiency in metaprogramming and the ability to discern when to apply it
• Strong familiarity with test-driven development
• Proven experience with both Monoliths and API-driven Rails applications
• Comfortable with the Turbo/Stimulus style of front-end development
• Previous experience in implementing JavaScript-powered Cloud functions

Preferred Experience:

• Semantic UI/Formantic UI
• ViewComponent
• React Native
• Real-time Applications
• Open AI
