Looking for a junior resource 3 to 5 years BA with Data analysis experience
Key Responsibilities:
Data collection Assist in gathering data from various sources to meet business and analytics needs.
Data cleaning and organization Help clean and organize raw data fix errors and prepare it for analysis.
Data analysis Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights often focusing on specific metrics and KPIs.
Reporting and visualization Create reports and visualizations such as graphs and dashboards to present findings to internal teams and leadership.
Collaboration Work with other team members project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide support for strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Education A bachelors degree in a relevant field like Data Science Statistics Computer Science or Mathematics.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is often a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly beneficial.
Analytical skills Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Soft skills:
Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
Desire to learn Eagerness to learn new techniques tools and technologies in the data analysis field
Skills:
Mandatory Skills: Business Architecture, Business Process Design, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python or R, Tableau or Power BI Data Visualization.
Location: New York, NY (4 days onsite/week)
