The Role: Senior CAD Designer

You will be responsible for designing complex, high-level dental prosthetics and restorations with precision, creativity, and technical mastery. This role goes far beyond routine design work - you will be trusted with

the most demanding and rewarding cases

, where detail, accuracy, and artistry matter most.

Key Responsibilities

Expertly design full-arch restorations, All-on-X cases, implant bars and bridges, crowns, veneers, dentures, and complex anterior cases using advanced CAD systems including 3Shape and Exocad. Collaborate directly with dentists, implant surgeons, and technicians to ensure functional and esthetic excellence. Utilize your deep understanding of occlusion, anatomy, and prosthetic design to solve complex challenges with precision. Uphold and refine laboratory quality standards for consistency and excellence. Mentor and support junior CAD designers, sharing expertise and elevating the entire team's performance. Stay at the forefront of digital dentistry trends and innovations to continually enhance workflows and outcomes.
