We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Engineer to support one of our enterprise clients in implementing and optimizing advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing AI solutions.
Job Overview
The Senior Customer Engineer will be a customer-facing technical leader responsible for guiding enterprise clients through successful CDP implementations, data integrations, personalization workflows, and Marketing AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical owner supporting post-sale CDP and Marketing AI solution adoption
  • Implement data pipelines, integrations, and workflow configurations using SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Consultants, Product Engineering, and Engagement Managers
  • Act as trusted technical advisor to customer IT leadership and project stakeholders
  • Build and refine data models supporting segmentation, personalization, and activation use cases
  • Establish ETL pipelines and unify customer data across disparate sources
  • Configure CDP platform features and external data connections (APIs, S3, cloud systems)
  • Deliver clear documentation and provide technical enablement for customer teams
  • Identify risks, remove technical blockers, and maintain project timelines
  • Provide feedback to internal product and engineering teams to improve platform performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • 6+ years in customer-facing SaaS implementation involving large-scale datasets
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python, Ruby, Shell), and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and integrating multiple data sources
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and tools such as Postman or cURL
  • Knowledge of CDP, CRM, DMP, or other customer data systems
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to independently manage deliverables, risks, prioritization, and cross-team alignment
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing technologies, CDPs, analytics tools, or personalization engines
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling or machine learning fundamentals
  • Experience with tools such as Looker, dbt, or Airflow
  • Familiarity with Java or Scala
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in agentic AI, prompt engineering, or context design

Location
