The Senior Crew Lead is responsible for the safe, reliable, and airworthy release of aircraft to revenue service on-time by overseeing day-to-day activities of avionics technicians. This includes following the inspection flow and maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.
Essential functions

Supervise a team of avionics technicians to ensure work is completed on time and in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance tasks on assigned aircraft, implementing proper procedures and methods.
Monitor work progress and ensure all documentation and technical data are accurate and up to date.
Support material requisitions and ensure proper handling and preservation of parts.
Ensure team members are trained and qualified for assigned duties, and that equipment and tooling are in working condition.
Participate in the Safety Management System and support initiatives as assigned by the Director of MRO.
Work with Production Control to support inspection flow and adjust workloads as necessary.
Escalate any major flow issues to appropriate supervisors and assist in resolutions.
Ensure maintenance personnel are properly trained and compliant with documentation and inspection requirements.
Promote quality and safety standards by example and through oversight.
Maintain cleanliness and order of workstations and enforce safety protocols.
Monitor timekeeping, productivity, and work order accuracy.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Airframe and Powerplant License Required
5 + years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a background in leadership or supervisory roles.
Prior Experience with Garmin, Honeywell, Universal, Collins, Primus, Proline
Experience in Cessna Citation series aircraft
Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and interactions
Thorough knowledge of current FAA regulations, IPM, and ATA codes
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and other relevant information
This position is classified as a Safety-Sensitive role under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and is subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FAA guidelines
