Job Description

We are currently hiring Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee all facets of major energy retrofit construction projects

:

- 10+ years of Construction Manager experience in NYC on relevant projects

- Relevant Experience: Energy Efficiency Implementation (Boiler/Chiller Replacements, Lighting Retrofits, Submetering projects, etc.)

- Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data.

- Ability to manage sub-contractors

- Professional: will be client facing on all projects, this is 50% of the position

- Ability to travel to all boroughs, including Staten Island.

- Willing to submit to background check.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills and generally tech savvy/ready and willing to learn new systems.
