We are looking for a Senior Computational Biologist to join our Alzheimer's Disease Translational Research team. You will lead and contribute to computational biology research projects utilizing single-cell and single-nucleus transcriptomic and epigenetic data from the AD Knowledge Portal and other public resources. You will perform highly collaborative scientific research projects with scientists from partnering institutions, with the goal of publishing innovative papers, presenting findings at international conferences, and supporting inter-institute working groups and other team science initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in brain-derived single-nucleus transcriptomics analysis, have strong computational biology/bioinformatics skills as applied to multi-omic data, and will have enthusiasm for open science approaches to advancing research in Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias.
