- Pay: $25 - $31.50/hr
- Full time
- Shift: Monday to Friday.

- Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.
- Routine scheduled maintenance of HVAC equipment: including filter and belt changes, coil cleaning.
- Maintain lighting system including changing bulbs and ballasts.
- EPA Universal Certification ir desirable.
- Minimum 8 years of total field experience.
- Experience in commercial distribution/ office environments.
- Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License.
