GrowthLab Financial Services, Inc. aka GrowthLab FaaS is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic cloud accounting team. This position is ideal for a professional with 3+ years of experience in cloud accounting and handling the unique challenges of e-commerce customers.

What You'll Do:

Manage accounting for a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on both accrual and cash basis accounting. Work with cloud accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Netsuite integrating with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and Toast. Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely month-end close processes for each assigned customer. Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and financial solutions.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience working in cloud accounting with a focus on e-commerce customers. Proven expertise in both accrual and cash basis accounting. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Strong proficiency in Xero, NetSuite and other accounting software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple relationships including customer accounts and internal team collaborations with attention to detail, accuracy, and an awareness of different communication styles and personality types. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. An Associates Degree in Accounting.
