Senior Audit Associate Location:

What You'll Do Lead and project manage the planning and execution of financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations Perform and oversee audit procedures including risk assessments, substantive testing, and analytical reviews Prepare and review accurate working papers and documentation in line with firm and professional standards Identify and clearly communicate audit issues while developing effective solutions with the team Build strong client relationships through clear, timely, and professional communication Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment Stay informed on GAAP, GAAS, and industry updates to maintain technical expertise What We're Looking For 4+ years of audit experience in public accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Active CPA certification (required) Strong project management skills with the ability to lead audit engagements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What We Offer Competitive salary: $85,000 - $90,000 Health Insurance with Employer Contribution Retirement Plan PTO and Paid Company Holidays A supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities to grow your career This is your opportunity to take on leadership responsibility and make an impact -- all while building your future with a firm that values expertise, collaboration, and growth.
