Job Description

SUMMARY:



The Sr. Associate, Human Resources Specialist- Talent Acquisition & Engagement facilitates and leads or participates in processes within the department as it relates to recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, event planning, and other HR related duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Create job descriptions, compensation analysis, vacancy requests, and post open positions

Perform full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer of employment; attend job fair

Manage recruitment platforms and agency partnerships to ensure cost-effective hiring

Complete pre-employment background screenings and escalate questionable results

Collaborate w/Licensing & Contracting for timely issue of employee ID numbers

Lead all onboarding efforts for Home Office and Field Offices, including Buddy Program

HR Operations & Systems



Conduct hiring, employment changes, and terminations within ADP Workforce Now and JIRA

Retrieve and process non-benefit and training-related HR invoices; manage HR office supplies

Employee Engagement & Programs



Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives, including strategies to improve remote collaboration and satisfaction

Manage employee referral program, recognition platform, and field service awards

Lead Stay Interview process and circulate Exit Interviews

Organize and execute company volunteer and charitable giving events

HR Communications & Reporting



Conduct research, manage HR projects, and create internal communications as needed

Manage headcount, performance management and other HR reporting and follow-up

Create and analyze employee and management surveys

Policy & Employee Support



Provide guidance to employees and leadership on organizational policies and procedures

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:



BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or relevant work experience

4+ years' related HR experience strongly preferred

ADP WorkforceNow experience and MS Office proficiency is required

Previous experience working with ATS systems strongly preferred

HR Certification through HRCI or SHRM preferred

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:



Strong understanding of current federal, state and local employment laws

Strong project management experience, requiring the management of competing priorities to multiple stakeholders

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
