The Sr Associate / Associate Vice President of Investments will play a key role in managing and optimizing property investments within the major Texas MSAs. This position is based in Houston and requires expertise in multifamily acquisitions.
The Senior Associate / AVP Investments (title depends on level/experience) will help source and execute multifamily investment opportunities in TX. This is a producer role-you will be responsible for sourcing deals and executing transactions end-to-end. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take ownership of the acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source off-market and marketed multifamily acquisition opportunities across Texas.
• Build and maintain broker, owner, and lender relationships to generate deal flow.
• Underwrite potential acquisitions, including financial modeling and market analysis.
• Lead due diligence, manage third-party consultants, and coordinate closing process.
• Collaborate with principals on investment strategy and capital deployment.
• Support senior leadership with market analysis and strategic planning.

A successful Sr Associate / AVP Investment should have:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, investments, or related roles.
• Proven ability to source deals and maintain strong industry relationships.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a lean team.
• Familiarity with Texas multifamily markets preferred.

Senior Associate level requires roughly 5-8 years of experience, AVP or even VP level requires 8+.
