Senior Associate Attorney

Our well-established business law firm is in search of an accomplished attorney to join our esteemed Government Contracts practice group. We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background and a minimum of four years of litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have experience working with government contractors and commercial businesses regarding bid protest litigation, FAR compliance, teaming agreements, or matters related to federal procurement law. The selected candidate will have an integral role on the team and will be expected to independently manage their own caseload while collaborating with other attorneys and companies\' general counsels. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced associates to grow at a renown law firm with a strong national reputation.

Background:

• 4-8 years with government contract related issues
• Extensive experience with bid protests
• Additional experience with Contract Disputes Act claims, False Claims Act investigations, and federal small business programs
• Exceptional organizational abilities to efficiently manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership with the District of Columbia bar
