Daily supports the operation of the Plant by ensuring established targets are met and exceeded. Ensures all training is current and completed by associates; support and determine cross training needs with Team Lead and management. Ability to support engineering in the development of training documents. Intimate knowledge of building most products and subject matter expert for most job functions. Participates with engineering and quality to work through challenges on the line to solve issues as they arise. The ability to show leaderships skills and be a leader/coach to your peers.
