Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Advertising Manager to join their team! This position is located in San Diego, California. Duties: Assist in establishing and implementing the creative platform for customer acquisition, production of assets, and performance optimization for all creative advertising, including mass and digital performance media Manage creative agency relationships and development for online acquisition campaigns from brief through implementation, including campaign performance optimization, presenting campaign results and key learnings, and recommending improvements to leadership Oversee the production of full-funnel creative advertising assets such as TV/linear video, out-of-home, audio, performance digital (social and display), internal communications, and earned media Optimize creative advertising performance through message testing, segmentation execution, and customer journey mapping Oversee and optimize the non-working media budget, managing all mass and digital creative advertising agencies Partner with the media team to ensure alignment with the paid media plan and delivery of creative assets Identify, monitor, and analyze internal and external performance parameters to enhance campaign performance Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources by engaging with cross-functional teams and business units to drive business success and optimization Manage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years working in the advertising, telecom, and/or entertainment field Advertising agency, production and/or film, and TV experience required Experience in creative, media, design, communications, or related field required Familiar with all types of file formats Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Baseline knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred Possess the drive to always learn and experiment with new processes, teams, and tools Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $29.69 and $42.41. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
