A thoughtful, friendly individual and former human services professional living in Boonton is looking for the right person to join their team as a Self-Directed Employee (SDE)--someone who supports them in a respectful, dignified, and enjoyable way. This person knows exactly what works best for them and leads the way--you'll be there to assist physically while they take the lead. They're active in the community and passionate about literature, creative writing, advocacy, and giving back through volunteer work. What You'll Be Doing Together:

Supporting community engagement and advocacy efforts



Running errands and completing everyday tasks



Being a trusted and reliable partner in day-to-day life



Available Schedules:



Saturdays and/or Sundays, starting at 8 AM, with flexible hours (up to 10 hours total)





Compensation & Benefits:



$24 per hour

Requirements:



Have some training and experience as a caregiver for individuals with physical disabilities, preferably in home care



Possess a valid driver's license, a car, and a clean driving record



Must be willing to take a background check and a drug screening



Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
