TriCo Realty and Investment is seeking a

Full Time Self Storage Property Manager

to lead one of locations in Lehi, Utah. This position offers the right person an opportunity to work independently, manage your own site, and provide top-notch service in a clean, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to new and existing tenants Manage daily operations including rentals, payments, and customer inquiries Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized property Promote the facility locally to increase visibility and drive rentals Follow company policies and maintain accurate records Monitor unit inventory, supplies, and merchandise Address delinquent accounts and assist with auction processes when needed

What We're Looking For:

Experience in customer service or management is preferred Comfortable using computers and basic office software Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility Consistent and dependable with a proven track record of showing up ready to work Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light maintenance Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light maintenance

Schedule:

Full-time position, including Saturdays Days off are Wednesday and Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay Paid time off and holiday pay
