AIM USA is committed to empowering young students through self-defense training. We provide a supportive and dynamic environment where instructors can make a significant impact on the lives of elementary and middle school students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Self-Defense Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts and a passion for teaching self-defense techniques to young students.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons or training sessions to students
- Participate and prepare students for tournaments
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Stay updated with the latest self-defense techniques and training methods

Qualifications
-Proven Experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting
- Black Belt certification in a recognized martial art
- Ability to educate and motivate students of all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in childcare or CPR is a plus
- Willingness to undergo a background check
