Job Description

Position Summary:
The Selections Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable home-building experience for our clients. This individual will work closely with homeowners, designers, vendors, and construction teams to manage the selection of finishes, fixtures, and materials. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Pay ranges from $22-26 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and be the first point of contact for all visitors entering our office, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Guide homebuyers through the selection process, assisting with interior and exterior finishes, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and more. Maintain detailed records of client selections and ensure timely communication with project managers and vendors. Schedule and conduct selection meetings with buyers, offering professional guidance on available options and upgrades. Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date showroom design center, ensuring all samples and displays are current and in excellent condition. Coordinate with suppliers and trade partners to confirm product availability and ensure selections align with project timelines and budgets. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design innovations to enhance the buyer experience. Ensure selections are accurately documented and submitted for construction orders. Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers and superintendents to ensure alignment throughout the construction and selections process. Address client questions and concerns throughout the selection phase, providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with homeowners after move-in to ensure satisfaction with their selections, address any concerns, and provide guidance on product care and maintenance.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in homebuilding, design, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with Canva software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software is a plus. Knowledge of home construction materials and finishes is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
