Texas Knights is seeking experienced baseball coaches to develop players in the age range of 10u-14u.
Coach will be responsible for developing and executing on structured practice plan for (2) practices per week along with managing rosters and attending weekend tournaments and/or league play. Coach will have access to the team communication tool along with the support from the Director of Baseball Operations. Coaching candidates will execute the Texas Knights mission statement along with the ability to clearly communicate expectations to players. Coaches will professionally conduct themselves at all times at practice, team events, tournaments, and when wearing Texas Knights gear.
The organization is looking for coaches that have the passion for the game, the desire to hold players to high expectations, but do it in a high-level learning atmosphere. It is important for coaches to take a genuine interest in our players. We are seeking coaches to lead a team for multiple seasons to build continuity in rosters.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
