Position Overview

We're looking for a Kitchen Lead who can take charge of our evening kitchen operations and help keep our BOH running smoothly. This role requires someone who brings consistency, calm, and leadership to a busy line. You'll guide the crew during service, ensure quality on every plate, and help close down the kitchen and restaurant efficiently and safely at the end of the night.

What You'll Do

Lead the PM kitchen team through prep, service, and closing procedures Cook and execute menu items according to Napali standards (quality, portioning, presentation) Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the shift Communicate clearly with FOH during high-volume periods Oversee inventory needs, communicate low-stock items, and help maintain par levels Ensure daily prep is completed and systems are followed Secure and lock up the restaurant after service when assigned

What We're Looking For

Experience in a high-volume kitchen (lead or supervisory experience a bonus) Solid cooking skills and comfort working a busy line Dependable, punctual, and able to take initiative Strong communication and team leadership abilities Positive attitude and commitment to a clean, efficient kitchen Availability for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts Interest in growing with a fast-expanding local business
