Responsibilities



Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Control access to the premises by verifying identities and maintaining security protocols; monitor CCTV surveillance as needed Handle front desk operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining visitor logs to ensure organized record-keeping Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic clerical duties Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area while ensuring security procedures are followed diligently

Skills



Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations better Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office or healthcare setting (e.g., dental or medical receptionist) is preferred Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and time management techniques to ensure smooth daily operations
