We are looking for a reliable security/ concierge to work at the main entrance desk of our sites. You will be the first to meet our customers so the first impression of our hotel depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide our clients with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. You will be responsible to protect the site and its residents by monitoring who comes in and out of our premises. Good response time and communication is a must. 3rd shift (12:30am-8:30am). May be asked to cover some 2nd shifts for client but not mandatory.

1. Child Abuse Clearance

2. FBI Clearance

3. Online module study

4. PA State background check

Please have these backgrounds within the past 6 (six) months and able to send a copy to be submitted to the client for approval. Or ability to get the backgrounds done before hiring. If you need assistance, please feel free to ask.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents upon entrance and confirm status Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements Understand client's needs Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises Take and distribute messages for maintenance and client Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution Do walk thru of site to ensure everything is as the client wants it
