We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, effective conflict management skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies. The Security will be responsible for monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents. Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR as necessary. Document incidents and prepare detailed reports as required for law enforcement or management review. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are upheld. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage. Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict resolution techniques while maintaining professionalism.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency response procedures is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
