Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols. The Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.

Responsibilities

Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict resolution techniques when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing detailed reports of incidents. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism risks. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Qualifications

Valid security guard certificate or equivalent training preferred. Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable. Proficient in surveillance techniques and equipment operation (CCTV). Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
