Shift Hours: 11:00PM - 7:00AM on Wednesday and Saturday, 10:00PM-7:00AM on Thursday and Friday
Role and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Security Officer with Blackwell Professional Support Services, Inc., you will work in collaboration with our Operations Department and the Client Manager to oversee a physical property, assist the needs of residents/tenants and visitors with high-touch customer service and security oversight, collaborate with third-party vendors, and meet the ongoing demands of the property. In addition, you will supervisor a team of Security Officers. The position reports directly to the District Manager. Additional duties are outlined below:
Serve as the initial point of contact and assist in resolution of employee questions or concerns
Review and approve weekly timesheets for team members
Create and administer weekly work schedules for a team of diverse skill sets, locations, and availabilities
Assist with training new employees with hands-on tutorials and job shadowing
Assist with creation and implementation of new training materials
Inform team members of updated policies/procedures
Inspect and coach team members regularly
Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors
Work with supporting departments to address issues promptly
Ensure entrance into the property is only by authorized individuals
Maintain excellent communication and reporting
Develop and manage employee engagement with their position and company
Ensure privacy and confidentiality of residents/tenants in accordance to policy
Provide oversight and access for all deliveries to the property
Ability to execute all job functions of the assigned post
