Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage security operations at one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Security Staff:

Manage, train, and lead a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

Site Operations Oversight:

Coordinate and oversee all security operations at the assigned site, including patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and access control.

Incident Management:

Respond to and manage any security incidents, including emergencies, breaches, or other disturbances, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.

Client Interaction:

Maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with professional security services.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports on site activities, incidents, and staffing.

Policy Enforcement:

Ensure compliance with company and site-specific security policies, as well as health and safety regulations.

Staff Scheduling:

Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times,

including handling any unforeseen absences or shifts.

Training & Development:

Provide ongoing training and support to security personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to security standards.

Risk Assessment:

Conduct regular risk assessments of the site and propose improvements to strengthen security protocols.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; security-related certifications or training preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations Proficiency in using security monitoring systems and technology Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Certifications:

Valid security guard D license and driver's license are required.
