The Security Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall safety, security, and daily operations of the
property. This role involves overseeing routine activities, coordinating with team members, and ensuring
that procedures are followed in a consistent and professional manner. The position requires maintaining
awareness of on-site conditions, keeping communication flowing between departments, and responding
appropriately to situations as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general oversight of daily security operations to help ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Support departmental procedures by coordinating tasks, monitoring activities, and facilitating information flow.
Assist in guiding, coaching, and supporting personnel to maintain performance expectations and operational readiness.
Contribute to administrative functions, such as documentation, reporting, and participation in scheduled meetings.
Collaborate with team members to address routine inquiries and operational requirements.
Maintain awareness of property conditions and respond to issues as appropriate to uphold service standards.
Coordinate with manager on tasks. Assisting with administrative duties, including but not limited to; schedules, payroll audits, reviewing Incident Reports, Security Stats and other Reports, etc.
Assist in department coverage based on department needs. (i.e. patrol and Officer tasks)
Other tasks assigned by Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Customer Service & Communication Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for interacting with Owners, Guests, employees, and vendors.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks. (lifting, sweeping, walking many steps to complete property patrols)
Reliable & Independent:
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Technology:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outook, and working with computers.
Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality or Security is preferred.

Compensation: Starting $33 per hour
