Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and vigilant Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility site. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, security, and operational efficiency across the site, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role is essential in safeguarding personnel, assets, and property while fostering a secure and productive environment.

The Site Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel and coordinate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of safety and security.

Responsibilities

Supervise security staff to ensure effective coverage, adherence to protocols, and prompt response to incidents. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, security breaches, or safety concerns. Implement and enforce safety procedures and emergency response plans. Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized access. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies. Manage conflict situations professionally, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes. Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation for security-related events. Oversee loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, vandalism, or property damage. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CPR readiness and first aid preparedness. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, military service, or related fields. Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention techniques, and conflict management strategies. Familiarity with site safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with law enforcement and internal teams. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively under pressure. Prior experience working with security systems or surveillance technology is preferred. Pay: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour
