Pay:
$22.00/hour
Available Schedules:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure that all security personnel are performing duties effectively. Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures. Train, mentor, and support security officers on site. Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations. Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel.
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor. Basic to intermediate computer proficiency. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Must be at least?18 years old. 1-3 year Supervisor experience A valid driver's license?is required. TWIC License Must have reliable transportation and communication. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
