Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the site while managing staff and resources effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise site operations and personnel to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks and ensure proper surveillance measures are in place. Manage conflict resolution among staff and visitors, utilizing effective communication and conflict management techniques. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, ensuring that all incidents are reported and documented appropriately. Provide training and support for staff in areas such as first aid, CPR, loss prevention, and surveillance techniques. Monitor CCTV systems to maintain a secure environment and respond promptly to any suspicious activities. Develop and implement security procedures to enhance site safety and efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within security or law enforcement is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is essential. Experience in conflict management and loss prevention strategies is highly desirable. Military background or training in first aid/CPR is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
