As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government-related locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide support to those on site. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, reporting observations, and offering outstanding customer service through clear communication and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the transportation authority location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including surrounding perimeters, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry points to help to deter prohibited items or unauthorized individuals.
• Remain alert to potential threats or unusual behavior and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency response teams as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide assistance to staff, passengers, and visitors as needed within the transportation authority premises.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
