What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and/or security-related incidents.
• Communicate clearly with clients, employees, and visitors to provide direction and assistance as needed.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and local site staff to address concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
