As a Security Professional - Logistics Center Patrol in Shepherdsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor the logistics and distribution location for any unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors to address questions and concerns related to security-related matters.
• Document and communicate observations, incidents, and/or issues to Allied Universal management and client contacts as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
